Thank you for choosing Focused Massage Therapy. We have been providing professional and therapeutic massages since 2017. Each and every treatment you receive will be customized to your needs that day. Your treatments are optional to include cupping, hot stones, essential oil, stretching, reflexology, rocking, MFR, connective tissue relief, cranial work (scalp massage), scraping and/or trigger point therapy. This is your time to zone out, unwind and reset. It's important to TRY to keep non-treatment oriented conversations to a minimum. Breathing exercises are encouraged. Massage is a physical, emotional and spiritual experience (body, mind and soul) for both the clients and the massage therapist. Our massage therapist, Rocky Kroesing (MT-19237) is always aiming to provide the highest quality of treatment while maintaining a work and self-care balance.
